Key Features of the i-Governance System are list below.

  • System is enabled with a very important module named File Tracking System.
  • In File Tracking System, User can create file types and also create workflow of the file at the same time.
  • In FTS, User can define the processing days department wise. Means in which department the file will take how many days to process.
  • In FTS, New file can be created by the respective department. And that file can be integrated with the Inward department also if it is flowing from the Inward department. System will keep track of the File Creation date and time for further processing.
  • In FTS, Once the file is created by any department, it will start reflecting in the next departments. And once the file is cleared and approved by any department, immediately it will notify the next department via SMS or E-mail that you have a new file on desk.
  • In FTS, User has the rights to reject the inappropriate file with remarks. The Approved files will only flow to the next department. Rejected will be tracked in the system but will not move ahead.
  • In FTS, User can customize the processing days for departments while creating new file.
  • In FTS, it has the facility to flow and track the external department files like, if we are sending file to Collectorate than it will be tracked and moved with that.
  • In FTS Dashboard, User can view all the files in different ways. Like, Department wise, File Type Wise, Pending, Processed, In Process etc.
  • In FTS, with the Advance Search feature, it is possible to search any file with all possible parameters of searching the file.
  • In FTS, User can create a circular also for specific departments or can declare it as Public also.
  • In FTS, User can see the files list which are to be received from the previous department within short time period. So that user can prepare the department for file processing in advance.
  • In FTS, User will be able to see all the processed files, all pending files, all processing files, Rejected files of the department.
  • In FTS, Password or OTP Security can also be provided to any file for protection and privacy of the file. With the given Password and OTP on registered number only, the file can be accessed if the file is marked as protected.
  • Software of All Jilla Panchayat Departments is enabled with 2D / 3D Barcode & QR Code Facility.
  • All Existing Software Data will be Migrated to the new Software of Every Department.
  • All the Following Softwares of Departments are enabled with SMS & Email Service.
  • All the Softwares are compatible with Both Unicode and Non-Unicode Languages. If in case doesn’t support Non-Unicode then that will be converted in Unicode.
  • All the Softwares are integrated with the Website of Jilla Panchayat Real Time and Synchronized.

  • Each & every digitized paper will be integrated with the software using QR Code or Barcode
